Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Verbstack ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Verbstack is a seller intelligence platform for Reverb.com. We provide revenue analytics, sell-through tracking, inventory management, competitor benchmarking, and related tools to help Reverb sellers make data-driven decisions. The Service includes a web dashboard, optional Chrome extension, and API integrations.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription & Billing

Verbstack offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Pro, Scale, Enterprise). Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. Billing is processed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated scraping tools against the Service
• Abuse, disrupt, or overload the Service infrastructure
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Resell or redistribute data obtained through the Service

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

Verbstack and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Verbstack and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the data you provide through the Service. We do not claim ownership of your Reverb shop data.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Reverb.com (via OAuth API), Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (data storage), and Vercel (hosting). Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Verbstack is not responsible for third-party service availability or changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Verbstack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data per our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
